Following the custom of holding a leaders' training conference every year, Lilong had one of the best training conferences in the year 2022.
The conference aimed to develop leaders by enhancing their understanding of the company's vision, mission, services, and products.
However, it was also designed to help them gain knowledge of different methods for working more effectively and efficiently to expand their network and then pass it along to their downlines.

As a result, the three-day program - which took place from the 7th of November to 9th of November, 2022 - had the theme, "Fortifying Your Network For a Sustainable Finance" which summarized its objective.
Each session included assessments and covered topics such as target setting, NDO Business, Products, and Compensation Plans, etc.

Participants included twenty-five leaders - ranking from managers and above - who often commended on the program's inspiring and enlightening quality while remaining entertaining.
In his remarks, Mr. Hao Wangjun, the regional manager for Africa, expressed his intention to continuously support active Lilong members and raise the bar by providing more educational opportunities and instructors to instill in them more knowledge, which ultimately expands the business of both the distributors and the company in the long run.

A large number of the participants are actively implementing what they have learned, working hard to build their teams, and, as expected, effectively and efficiently communicating with and directing their downline through the ins and outs of the business with little to no guidance. He continued, "This makes me very proud." Additionally, he was happy to report that these leaders now have more confidence in Lilong and in growing their businesses.
