We are thrilled to share with you the remarkable journey of our recently concluded Beginners Training the Trainers Conference, which took place from Monday, June 26th to Wednesday, June 28th, 2023. This immersive program aimed to equip our participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to excel as trainers and ambassadors of Lilong International (Nigeria) Limited.
The conference commenced with a warm and spirited welcome as all participants gathered for a delightful Dinner Party on Sunday, June 25th, allowing them to connect and foster meaningful relationships right from the start.
The following day, Monday, June 26th, marked the official beginning of the program, characterized by inspirational speeches from our esteemed CEO, Mr. JAO PENG, and the Managing Director of Lilong International (Nigeria) Limited, Mr. Hao Wangjun. Their insightful words set the tone for the enriching days that lay ahead.
Over the first two days, our participants were immersed in intensive teachings focused on various aspects of our company's profile, compensation plan, and product presentations. Esteemed educators and industry experts such as Dr. Ben Iyere (Chairman of the Educational Committee), Dr. Emmanuel Ikechukwu (Deputy Chairman), Dr. Angela Ajuogu, Mrs. Chioma Amaike, and Mrs. Vivian Macauley (dedicated staff of Lilong - the Trainers) shared their expertise and empowered the participants with a wealth of knowledge. Their contributions played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the program.
On the third and final day, June 28th, the excitement reached its pinnacle as the Group Presentations and Individual Assessments took center stage. Despite the limited preparation time, the participants displayed extraordinary commitment and dedication, captivating the audience with their outstanding performances. Each group had a dedicated supervisor overseeing their progress, while impartial judges, stationed strategically apart, meticulously evaluated the presentations.
Out of the five remarkable groups, Group 1, led by the exemplary Dr. Angela Ajuogu, emerged victorious, securing the first position in the Group Presentation category. Group 3, under the guidance of their supervisor, Mrs. Chioma Amaike, claimed the well-deserved second position, while Group 5, led by the exceptional Mrs. Vivian Macauley, earned the third position. These teams showcased their conviction power, creativity, and unwavering dedication to the Lilong vision.
The individual assessments held great significance as they determined the participants qualified to become official trainers for Lilong Nigeria and receive the esteemed Certificate of Training Proficiency. After rigorous evaluation, we proudly announce that 16 individuals out of the 22 participants successfully met the stringent criteria, surpassing the required pass mark of 70% on the cumulative scores from the judges. We commend Mrs. Janefrances Obododike, who achieved an outstanding score of 385, earning her the prestigious honor of the highest scorer.
As promised, she was awarded a well-deserved prize of N10,000, further acknowledging her remarkable performance.
Throughout the conference, our utmost priority was ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our participants. We are elated to share that the feedback we received resonated with our commitment to excellence.
Participants praised the meticulous organization, delectable meals, and overall experience provided by Lilong.
