History is made by everybody but not all can be recorded by the history. Likewise, not everyone can be somebody. Those who succeed to be somebody hold extraordinary thinking and amazing willpower.
 
So many excellent distributors have caught our eyes since Lilong Nigeria was established. This old friend we interview today was ever mistaken as “Barack Obama” by the writer for the first sight. While showing around his office, he introduces a grandpa, beautiful ladies and other guys who rush to his office so early for experiences of energy buckets and energy room. He is not only an “early bird” but also a bee. When he receives our interview, many phone calls come and interrupt our talks for many times. Thank this gentleman for sharing many great thoughts with us that would inspire more members how to build a strong team.
 

 

 
H: Morning, Cajetan! You’ve joined our Group for over 2 years. Please introduce us your teambuilding and growth first, thank you.
C: Yeah. First of all, the product is what interested to me. When you have good products, you can build a good team. When I started the business, I have a vision that help myself and help many. I have a very big team and try to bring many teams into this family. Every team I have a team leader. If any problem, it’s easy for me to handle.
 
H: How come?   
C: Train the trainers. As a big leader, you will be available in a big show. When you are available in the big show, you use the power of the Group. What will you harvest by the Group? Car awards, the testimony, the power of products and the results. People become more interested.  
 
H: Good. How to keep this business moving on?
C: Try to build a network marketing team instead of a direct selling team. Help different teams, the business will continue to grow and move. Sometimes business can slow down. If so, you need build a good team and the business will never end.
 
The smaller ones want to reach advance. We call network marketing one-on-one communication. Allow new ones to do one-on-one communication. If any problem, borrow the power of leader. As a leader, you show them what you’ve benefited from this business. Make a comparison before and after joining. After joining in Lilong, I’m able to have this kind of car, awards and achievements. Those new ones have confidence. They will believe and also want to tell others the business may flourish.
 
H: Are there any important factors to build a big team?
C: Yes, honesty plays an important role in building a big team. Tell everyone the truth. When people buy products, tell them what the company gives and what you will get. When you make achievements, the company will pay you bonus. They are happy and would tell others. The team continues to grow.
 
Next, be close to your team and teach new comers how to balance the binary. Every business aims to make money. When you bring somebody into business, teach the person how to make money. When people make money in business, they will not quit, they will remain.
 
Third, check your framework every week and you will know who is not doing well. Then remind him by phone to work hard to balance the weak leg because he is losing money. That distributor would be very happy because he knows you work as a team and you love him. He loves to do the business and the business will continue to go.  
    
Fourth, no selfishness. If there is no selfishness in Lilong business, you will do fine.
 
Fifth, learn to give. Give knowledge, give them product to test. Give also help grow and build. Whatever you give out will return. Whatever you give out must return. When you give out with good hearts, good motive will return. To enjoy the good return, be patient with the company, with your downlines, with the character, the behavior of the people you are working with. Be a problem solver. Help new comers into the business correct mistakes if any. You give the help. Help comes many ways.
 
Sixth, a big good heart that will accommodate a lot of things. As a leader, to grow a big team, you must have a good character. Your downlines, your team should always speak good of you, happy to listen to you. When you call him, he exclaims “My upline is coming.” When everybody is happy, the business is happy.
 
Focus on benefits rather than profits. When people come to experience energy room, bucket or moxa, don’t ask for money first. Don’t give them limits to experience products. You can give them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 sessions because the human body cannot grow in one day. As a leader, if you want to make money first, you lose the markets.
 
Make sure to organize training that will create a result. Organize training that is intelligent. You must have a targeted market. When you get the target, you go back to check if anybody makes mistakes. Correct mistakes and go again. You can succeed. No retreats, no surrender.
 
Good relationship. I take all my downlines as my babies. No matter how weak they are, I try my best to support them in various ways. Even for some stubborn baby, you need let them know patience is a must for doing business. A loving team can unite all. Never forget anyone.
 
You, the shop and the management have a good relationship. Don’t talk bad about the company. The company may have policy which is not good at that time. At the good time, make balance. Work like brothers, sisters, also know this is your business. Don’t spoil it.
 
H: How about your target in the future?
C: I’ve got 2 car awards. But I never forget to grow. I hope, more and more partners in my team can get a car.
 
H: Congratulations in advance!
C: Thank you. Just like a plant. When putting a plant in the ground, just keep watering it, you water it, you take care of it. Make sure nourish it. One day you start eating the fruit from the plant. That is network marketing.  
 
H: What a vivid metaphor! Apart from car awards, anything else?
C: Yes, I want to visit China. I have 8 international travels so far. I can use chopsticks and want to learn Chinese food.

H: Thank you for your valuable advice. Any more good suggestions to give us?
C: While appreciating your company, appreciate the trainers. You should love them. It’s not easy for any trainer because they go through a lot of reading, research, time and efforts. It is not easy for a company to arrange trainers. Should have any time, even if you are busy, sometimes you find time to listen or see, because when you listen everyday you must gain important knowledge. Even something you’ve already known or something you know to do can be seen in another way. Gradually, in your brain, a lot of things you get.
 
H: How many team leaders in your network?
C: Too many. The team is arranged in different categories according to where you are. The team leader in the first generation is different from that in the second 20 generation. Network marketing is called borrow the power of the leader. To borrow the power of the leader, it becomes easy for you in order to work together.
 
H: Okay, thank you. You look so young. Could you please share some tips how to keep fit with us?
C: Don’t eat night food. Breakfast is very important. Drink water before breakfast. When you wake up in the morning, drink water sip by sip within 15 minutes. Do your water therapy then take your breakfast.
 
H: Thank you. We have undergone through a long pandemic period. Some people still have health issues. Please use 3 keywords to describe the prospect of the health industry in the following 5 years. What’s your opinion?
C: New innovation, modern technology, modern wealth. First of all, Mr. Hao has showed us a lot of new products in headquarters factory. In the next 5 years, Lilong still has new innovations, because there is no end for new innovations to enjoy the business. You know the CEO is very intelligent, so he designs, designs, designs. Modern technology is modern wealth. That is what Lilong gives. There is no end.
 
H: How about consumable products? We have perfume, toothpaste… What else do you think we need?  
C: Supplements. You see the energy room and energy bucket good for body circulation. They help all the nutrients nourish the body. For example, when you take black soybean powder now, you go into the energy room, the results you get is quite different. After going out, you find wonderful things. If we have more supplements that directly handle specific issues, like black soybean powder for gut, some supplement specific for arthritis, more effects will achieve. Energy room or bucket is going to be final solution when you combine them. That’s my suggestion.
